Discover how to connect your Facebook Page to Influencity for centralized management
Before You Start
To connect your Facebook page to Influencity, make sure that you have an admin role on your personal Facebook profile for the page you want to connect.
You can check this by going to your Facebook page, then navigating to Manage Page> Settings> Page Roles.
Tip: You cannot connect your Facebook Page to Influencity if you have any role other than admin. Currently, personal or creator profiles cannot be connected to Influencity.
How to Add Your Facebook Page
To connect your Facebook page to Influencity simply follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Log out of Facebook
Open a new tab or window in your browser and log out of Facebook.
Step 2: Access Influencity:
Go to your Influencity dashboard.
Step 3 Connect the Page
Click on Connect Page. A Facebook popup window will appear.
Step 4: Log in to Facebook
Sign in to your personal Facebook account and grant Influencity access to your account. This step authorizes Influencity to access the pages you manage but does not connect your personal profile to Influencity.
Step 5: Select Your Page
A list of Facebook pages where you are an administrator will appear. Simply choose the page you wish to connect to.
Tip: If your Facebook page is linked to an Instagram account, it will automatically connect to Influencity.
Depending on your plan, only one account per brand is allowed. If you want to manage multiple pages, you’ll need to create several brands.
