How to Share a Proposal in Influencity

Learn how to share proposals for effective collaboration and have your team and clients all updated in real time!

Sharing proposals with clients is key in finalizing influencer selections. Influencity allows users to share proposals securely and collaborate smoothly. Follow these steps to share your proposal:

Step 1: Open the Proposal

  • Navigate to the Proposals section within campaigns.
  • Select the proposal you want to share.

 

Step 2: Click on the Share Button

  • Locate the Share option within the proposal interface.

  • Click on Invite Reviewers to add external collaborators. A pop box will appear and let you send invites by adding your team members’ or clients emails.

Step 3: Add Reviewers

  • Enter the email addresses of the clients or team members who need access. They will be labelled as reviewers.

  • Press Invite, and they’ll get an email notification to validate their email to start collaborating within the proposal. That is, reviewers will receive an email with a unique access link.
  • If needed, manually copy and share the link via email or messaging platforms, but you need to have been invited to collaborate in the proposal to be able to access with this link.

Note: You can invite up to 10 reviewers per batch, with a total of 1,000 users.

 

Remember that all brand users within Influencity have full editing permissions, allowing them to manage profiles, update statuses, and make changes to the proposal.

Important: Guests can access the proposal instantly via an invitation link—no registration needed. Links remain active for two weeks. After that period, guests may need to revalidate their email for continued access.

Step 4: Review Feedback and Approvals

  • Reviewers can accept, discard or mark as backup the profiles directly in the platform.
  • Comments and feedback are logged in the system for transparency.
  • The editors of the proposal can make necessary modifications based on client input.
