Cut negotiation time in half and manage offers, counteroffers, and approvals directly within your Casting Calls.
The feature of Negotiations in Influencity brings flexibility and transparency to influencer collaborations. This feature lets brands, agencies, and creators discuss and agree on campaign terms directly within Casting Calls, without leaving the platform.
It’s a huge step toward smoother communication, fairer deals, and faster agreement cycles, no more messy email threads or missing details.
What Negotiations Are For
The Negotiations feature in Influencity was designed to bridge the gap between agencies or brands and creators by allowing both sides to fine-tune their agreements directly within the platform. No more endless email threads, confusing spreadsheets, or lost updates.
Instead of finalizing terms through back-and-forth messages, everything now happens inside the Casting Call, in one centralized workspace. From deliverables, adjusting fees, or clarifying rights of use. All versions, counteroffers, and comments are stored automatically, ensuring that you can track every decision from initial proposal to final agreement.
Important: Each change is timestamped and each party’s approval is logged, creating a digital audit trail that gives structure and accountability to the collaboration process.
In short, Negotiations helps you to:
- To customize collaboration terms between agencies, brands and influencers.
- To eliminate back-and-forth across channels, everything happens within the Casting Call.
- To document all changes, agreements, and signatures digitally and transparently.
- To simplify campaign management, especially when managing multiple influencers at once.
What You Can Negotiate
Every section of your Casting Call can now be defined as either negotiable or non-negotiable, giving you full control over how much creative and contractual freedom you offer to influencers.
This means you can set your terms clearly while still allowing room for authentic collaboration. For example, you might keep your campaign’s rights of use fixed but allow influencers to suggest adjustments to their fees, content formats, or delivery dates.
When building your Casting Call, simply toggle the “Negotiable” option for each section. Once activated, influencers will be able to negotiate with you those fields if they feel like making a counteroffer.
Note: If a section is marked “non-negotiable,” influencers will see it as read-only.
Here’s a closer look at the key areas you can make negotiable:
- Fees and Compensation: Allow influencers to propose their preferred rates or alternative compensation structures.
- Product Seeding and Shipping Details: Let creators choose between receiving products, selecting delivery methods, or confirming shipping addresses.
- Exclusivity and Compliance Terms: Define restrictions, such as not promoting competitors, and give influencers the option to discuss scope and duration.
- Usage Rights: Clarify how and where the brand can repurpose content and decide whether those rights can be negotiated.

- Content Deliverables and Posting Details: Enable influencers to suggest the type of content they’ll create (e.g., a static post vs. a Reel) or adjust publication schedules.
- Event Attendance: Specify whether in-person or virtual participation is mandatory or flexible.
Customizing which sections can be negotiated gives influencers the opportunity to express their preferences while maintaining the structure and professionalism of your campaign. It’s the perfect balance between creative freedom and brand control.
How Negotiations Work
- Brands create a Casting Call and toggle “negotiable” for selected sections.
- Influencers receive the proposal and can:
- Accept it as-is
- Submit a counter-offer (changing values or deliverables)
- Accept it as-is
- The brand reviews, replies, or sends a new offer — all within one centralized thread.
- Once both sides agree, each “signs” digitally, finalizing the deal.
