How to Use Influencity’s AI Assistant

Learn how to generate high-quality emails effortlessly with our AI Assistant and create effective and engaging influencer emails based on your input

With this feature, you can save time crafting outreach emails by leveraging AI-generated content that enhances effectiveness and engagement. It allows you to easily customize and refine AI suggestions to match your brand’s tone and messaging needs. 

Additionally, it helps you maintain a consistent and professional communication style, ensuring that every influencer email is clear, impactful, and aligned with your campaign goals.

How to Use the AI Assistant for Email Generation

Step 1: Access the Communication Tab

You can use our AI assistant to craft outreach emails, so the first step is to go to the communications tab and click on Outreach campaigns.

However, you can also  generate AI-powered emails in all the areas where you have the option to craft an email within the platform of the platform, including:

  • The Influencer tab (when composing an email)
  • The Influencer profile view
  • Influencer lists (for bulk outreach)
  • Templates section (for saving AI-generated emails as reusable templates)

Step 2: Create a New Outreach Campaign

  • Click on create outreach.

  • Once you have created the new outreach campaign, click on compose email.

 

  • A menu will pop up displaying the three options you have to compose an email.

If you opt to create an email from scratch, you can also generate it using the AI Assistant. Once the email creator opens, simply click on the AI Assistant button (purple button), and a window will appear, allowing you to enter your prompt and start crafting your mail effortlessly.

If you choose the generate with AI assistant option, the prompt box will open automatically, allowing you to craft your prompt right away.

 

Step 3: Start Writing a Prompt

Once you have chosen the option you prefer, a modal window will appear where you can enter a prompt (a short description of what you want in your email).

Example prompt:
"Write an email introducing our brand to an influencer and inviting them to collaborate on a campaign."

 

  • The system provides a pre-written example prompt for your guidance (see above).
  • The prompt has a 1,000-character limit to keep requests clear and concise.
  • The email will be generated in the same language as your prompt.

Pro Tip: To craft effective prompts, be sure to have a clear idea of what you are trying to communicate and ask the AI assistant in a way that is clear enough to follow your guidance. Normally, AI prompts work better with action driven directions and simple sentences.

Step 4: Generate and Edit Your Email

Once you click "Generate", the AI will create:

✅ A Subject Line
✅ A Full Email Body

 

Now you can:

  • Edit the email – Change any part of the content, personalize it with tokes, or refine the tone.
    • Use Personalization Tokens: For further customization, you can manually insert placeholders (such as the influencer’s name) into the email. For instance:
      • Change "Dear Influencer" → "Hello @[Influencer Name]"
      • Add custom fields to personalize each outreach email.

  • Regenerate with a new prompt – If you need a different approach, simply write a new prompt and generate again. To do so, you simply need to click on the AI assistant button again, and write a prompt that better reflects the intention of your message.

Important: Regenerating an email overwrites the existing subject and body.

Step 5: Save Your Email

Once you have completed the editing and personalization process, you have two options. You can either save the email and activate the outreach campaign or if you plan to use the email repeatedly, you can save it as a template for future outreach campaigns.

A new pop up will show up and request you name it to store it in your account. Make sure you label it clearly to find it easily next time you are looking to send it.

Also, keep in mind that you can come back to edit the email before you activate the campaign outreach. Just click on edit and the email will open up again for you to add final touches.

Note:

  • The AI does not save the original prompt once you leave the page.
  • Templates store only the final generated email (not the AI prompt).

How Does AI Assistant Credits Work?

  • Each email generation costs 1 credit, regardless of length.
  • The number of AI Assistant credits you receive each month depends on your plan. (renewing monthly).
  • If you need additional credits you can talk your Customer Success Manager or write to us via chat so that we can check your subscription. 

Note: Every time you use a credit, you’ll how many credits left you have.

Common Questions

1. What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?

Once you use all your credits, you can either talk to your Customer Success Manager or wait until the next month when they reset.

2. Can I use the AI Assistant in different languages?

Yes! The AI generates emails in the same language as your prompt, regardless of your platform settings.

3. What happens if I input a prompt that isn’t related to emails?

The AI is trained to generate only emails. If your prompt is unclear, the system will automatically adjust it to fit an email format.
