      How to Register and Get Paid: Set Up Your Payments Profile

      Learn all the necessary steps you need to follow to setup your creator account and get paid immediately.

      To receive payments for your collaborations on Influencity, you’ll need to register and verify your profile on Zexel Pay — our trusted partner for secure and seamless global payments. Follow these steps to get started:

      1. Log in to our partner's site

      Head to this site and sign in with your email.

      2. Go to ‘My Profile’ and Complete Your Information

      In the ‘My Profile’ section, fill out all fields marked with an asterisk (*). This information is required to meet legal standards and guarantee a smooth payment experience.

      You’ll need to:
      • Add your personal details
      • Select your profile type: Natural Person or Legal Entity

      What does this mean?

      • Natural Person: You’re an individual (creator, freelancer, influencer). This helps tailor payment and compliance options to your needs.

      • Legal Entity: You represent a company or organization. Selecting this ensures proper tax and invoicing compliance.


      Click ‘Save Changes’

      3. Upload Your Identification Document

      To verify your identity and secure your account, upload a high-quality photo of a valid ID. Accepted documents:

      • Passport

      • National ID Card

      • DNI or NIE

      • Other government-issued ID

      Click ‘Save Changes’

      4. (Optional) Upload Your Self-Employment Certificate

      If you’re self-employed or a freelancer, upload your official registration document to unlock bank transfer payment options.

      Click ‘Save Changes’

      Not registered? No problem — this step is optional.

      5. Add Your Bank Account Information


      To receive payments via bank transfer, complete the following details:

      • Bank Name
      • Account Number
      • IBAN Code
      • SWIFT or BIC Code (Find this on your bank’s website)

      Click ‘Save Changes’

      6. Verification & Next Steps

      Once your information is complete and documents are uploaded, we will review and verify your account. You’ll receive updates directly on the platform and via email.

      Once verified, you’ll be able to create and manage payment requests directly from your dashboard.

      How to activate my account if my email is already registered?

      If you receive a email notification that says you are about to get pay, then you need to clic on the Botton on that email and create a password.
