See how easy it is to handle every step of your collaboration directly in our platform, from proposal to agreement
Negotiations in Influencity make influencer-brand collaboration smoother, faster, and more transparent than ever. Both agencies or brands and creators can now discuss, adjust, and finalize campaign terms directly inside the Casting Call.
This feature allows you to define which parts of your brief are open to discussion and which are fixed. Influencers can then review your offer, propose edits, or accept the agreement right away, while every action is automatically tracked in one shared view.
If you want to learn how it works, follow the next steps.
Step 1: Create a Casting Call
Build a new Casting Call and decide which sections, like fees, content deliverables, or usage rights, are open for negotiation. Each section includes a simple toggle to mark it as negotiable or non-negotiable.

Step 2: The Influencer Receives the Proposal
Once invited or after applying and meeting up with all the requirements, the influencer views the campaign brief and proposed terms through your personalized landing page.
From there, they can:
- Accept the offer as-is and sign immediately.

- Submit a counter-offer by modifying negotiable values or deliverables (for example, suggesting a different fee, adjusting posting formats, or changing event participation).

Step 3: The Brand Reviews and Responds
You’ll see all influencer responses within the same dashboard, complete with counteroffers and change history.

They can:
- Accept the influencer’s offer

- Send a new counter-offer

- Decline the proposal

Note: You can have as many offers and counters as you want. However, once you decline a counteroffer, the influencer will appear as rejected and this status cannot be reversed.
Every exchange is documented automatically, creating a clear timeline of the negotiation process.
Step 4: Digital Signing and Finalization
When both parties reach an agreement, each “signs” digitally, confirming names and dates to make the deal official. The influencer is then added directly to the campaign with all terms locked and visible to both sides.

This process brings transparency, structure, and speed to what used to be one of the most time-consuming parts of influencer marketing. You’ll always know where each collaboration stands and have a complete record of all changes and approvals.
