Submitting Invoices and Receiving Payments

Learn what you need to submit your invoice and get paid easily!

If You Are Uploading the Invoice Yourself

Make sure your invoice includes the following:

Your Details

  • Full name or business name

  • Address, phone number, and email

  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)

Company Details (Bill To)

  • Name: 

  • VAT Number: 

  • Address: 

  • Zip code: 

  • City and Country: 

Description of Services

  • Clearly state what you delivered (e.g., “2 TikToks for Nike – Campaign XYZ”).

Invoice Number

  • Every invoice must have a unique number for tracking.

Preferred Payment Method
Include one of the following:

  • Bank Transfer: Include IBAN/SWIFT or ACH details.

  • PayPal: Only include your PayPal email — no banking details.

  • Amazon Gift Card: Include your Amazon account email only.

Important: If you don’t upload an invoice, one may be auto-generated based on your profile and payment details.

How to Submit Your Invoice

Option 1: Upload via Portal

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to the “Payments” section

  3. Select the pending payment

  4. Upload your invoice securely

Option 2: Email Submission (if needed)

  • If you’re unable to upload via the portal, send your invoice by email to support@zexel.io

  • Include campaign details and agency name for context

Submission Deadline

Always submit your invoice before the payment deadline specified in your contract to avoid delays. Once the invoice is approved, payments are processed within 48–72 hours.

Receiving Payments

Payment Methods

Choose your preferred payment method and update your payment details in your account profile under Bank Information.

  • Direct Bank Transfer:

    • Provide your bank account details (Account Number, Routing Number).

    • Make sure your bank accepts international transfers, if necessary.

  • PayPal or Other Digital Wallets:

    • Enter your PayPal or wallet email in the Payment Settings section.

  • Gift Card:

    • If a bank transfer isn’t possible, an Amazon Gift Card can be provided upon request.

Payment Timelines

  • Standard Processing: Payments are typically processed within 7 business days after invoice approval.

  • Expedited Options: Faster processing is available for a fee. Contact support for more information.

Tracking Your Payments

  • Account Dashboard: You can track the status of your payments in real time under Transaction History.
