Inbox Manager: Easy Guide

Manage Social Media Conversations Effectively. Centralize, Track, and Respond to Messages Across All Platforms

In our Social Hub's Inbox you can easily manage all your messages and comments from your connected social networks. Here's what you can reply to based on each platform:

  • Facebook: Comments and private messages
  • Instagram: Comments and private messages
  • TikTok (Business Accounts): Comments only
  • X (Twitter): Private messages
  • LinkedIn (Company Profiles): Comments
  • Google Business Profile: Reviews
  • YouTube: Comments on long and short videos

Note: API limitations currently prevent replying to comments on ads. On Facebook, the API only allows responses to comments received within the last 24 hours and private messages up to 7 days after they were sent.

How It Works

In the Inbox section (located in the top menu), you can view all your messages grouped into three tabs:

 

  1. Unresolved: Displays all unread and unanswered messages and comments from your selected social networks. Once resolved, click the checkmark on the right to move it to the All folder.
  2. Unread: Lists all unread messages and comments. Once read, they will be moved to the All tab.
  3. All: Shows all messages and comments, whether they have been read or replied to.

To read a message, simply click on it from the menu on the left, and the conversation will appear on the right. 

 

For direct messages, you can view the entire conversation and reply with text, emojis, images, videos, or GIFs. For comments, you’ll see the post before replying to provide context.

Note: Images cannot be viewed in responses to stories, and currently, notifications for new comments or posts are not available.

Conversation Options

  • Direct Access to Post: Click on the entry preview to navigate directly to the related post or comment.
  • Profile Navigation: Click on avatars within a conversation to visit the corresponding user profile.
  • Preview View: The conversation preview collapses at the top when not visible.

Inbox Filters

You can filter your inbox messages in three simple ways:

  1. By Social Network: Enable or disable specific networks from which you want to manage messages and comments.
  2. By Message Type: Filter messages by comment, direct message, or Google review.
  3. Search: Use the search bar to find specific users or conversations quickly.
