Learn how to upgrade your Influencity subscription.
You can upgrade your Influencity account at any time. It just takes a few minutes and can be done in four steps:
- Click on your profile picture and scroll down to Products & Billing.
- The page will open directly to the Subscriptions tab.
- Scroll down to Products & Add-ons and click on the pink button that says View Pricing & Features.
- Here you’ll be able to view the available pricing and options.

When Can I Upgrade My Account?
You can upgrade your account at any time. Once your request is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your new billing cycle will start that day. The amount paid for your previous subscription will then be deducted from your new monthly fee.
To illustrate this, imagine you are currently paying $98 for a bundle subscription. However, halfway through the month, you want to upgrade to a basic plan which is $168. In this case, you’d only be charged for half of your previous subscription and this amount would go towards the new one. Therefore, at the moment you upgrade, you would only be charged $119.
My Upgrade Wasn’t Processed
If your request wasn’t processed, this could be because of two reasons:
- You’ve already used your two monthly upgrades. Influencity allows you to upgrade or downgrade your subscription twice each month. If you’ve already reached your limit, you'll have to wait until the next month to do so again.
