Note: This filter shows the same time ranges you found when building your query. The selection of a particular time range allows you to analyze any time frame of interest.
- Channel: Select mentions from specific platforms, such as Instagram or Twitter. So, you can choose Instagram if you want to focus on Instagram data to evaluate its relevance in your strategy.
Advanced Filters
- Apply demographic filters (e.g., gender, age) to refine the data further.
- Combine filters (e.g., women aged 18-24 on Instagram) for precise targeting.
Filter Highlights
- Active filters are clearly displayed for easy reference.
- Use the Clear Filters button to reset and view unfiltered data.
Step 4: Interpreting Graphs
Historical Trends
- Track mentions over time to identify peak activity periods. For example, you can discover when your campaign generated the most engagement.
Demographic Breakdowns
- Examine how different demographics contribute to mentions. You can compare the number of mentions from men aged 35-44 with women aged 25-34, for instance.
Platform-Specific Insights
- Filter by platform (e.g., Instagram) to evaluate performance and audience behavior.
Step 5: Exporting and Sharing Dashboards
Export Data
- Export raw mentions as Excel files for detailed analysis. These exported data can be used to create custom graphs or reports, among other options.
Share Dashboards
- Dashboards can be printed directly from the platform.
- Exports include all tabs, making it easy to share comprehensive insights.
