Learn how to eliminate a report here.
Deleting a report is easy and can be done in two ways. The first is from the Reports homepage. Here, just tick the box next to the file or files you want to eliminate and click the Delete button.
Before this action can be completed you will get a pop-up asking you to confirm the number of files to be eliminated. Fill in this number to proceed.
Tip: Learn how to save your Influencity reports in PDF or export them to Excel to keep a file for your records!
The second way is within the individual report itself. Here, click Actions on the top right-hand side and select Delete report from the drop-down menu. Again, you will be asked to confirm this step in a pop-up window.
Caution: Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
